[7:181] | vemimmen ḫalaḳnâ ümmetüy yehdûne bilḥaḳḳi vebihî ya`dilûn. |  وممن خلقنا أمة يهدون بالحق وبه يعدلون
وَمِمَّنْ خَلَقْنَا أُمَّةٌ يَهْدُونَ بِالْحَقِّ وَبِهِ يَعْدِلُونَ |

| Elmalılı | Yine bizim yarattığımız insanlardan öyle bir ümmet var ki, onlar hakka yol gösterirler ve o hak ile adaleti yerine getirirler. |
| Y. Ali | Of those We have created are people who direct (others) with truth. And dispense justice therewith.

| Words | |وممن - And of (those) whom| خلقنا - We have created| أمة - (is) a nation,| يهدون - who guides| بالحق - with the truth| وبه - and thereby| يعدلون - they establish justice.| |

[7:182] | velleẕîne keẕẕebû biâyâtinâ senestedricühüm min ḥayŝü lâ ya`lemûn. | والذين كذبوا بآياتنا سنستدرجهم من حيث لا يعلمون
وَالَّذِينَ كَذَّبُواْ بِآيَاتِنَا سَنَسْتَدْرِجُهُم مِّنْ حَيْثُ لاَ يَعْلَمُونَ |

| Elmalılı | Âyetlerimizi inkâr edenlere gelince, biz onları, bilemiyecekleri yönlerden derece derece düşüşe yuvarlayacağız. |
| Y. Ali | Those who reject Our signs, We shall gradually visit with punishment, in ways they perceive not;

| Words | |والذين - But those who| كذبوا - denied| بآياتنا - Our Signs,| سنستدرجهم - We will gradually lead them| من - from| حيث - where| لا - not| يعلمون - they know.| |

[7:183] | veümlî lehüm. inne keydî metîn. | وأملي لهم إن كيدي متين
وَأُمْلِي لَهُمْ إِنَّ كَيْدِي مَتِينٌ |

| Elmalılı | Ayrıca ben onlara mühlet de veririm. Fakat benim tuzak kurup helâk edişim pek çetindir. |
| Y. Ali | Respite will I grant unto them: for My scheme is strong (and unfailing).

[7:184] | evelem yetefekkerû mâ biṣâḥibihim min cinneh. in hüve illâ neẕîrum mübîn. | أولم يتفكروا ما بصاحبهم من جنة إن هو إلا نذير مبين
أَوَلَمْ يَتَفَكَّرُواْ مَا بِصَاحِبِهِم مِّن جِنَّةٍ إِنْ هُوَ إِلاَّ نَذِيرٌ مُّبِينٌ |

| Elmalılı | Onlar arkadaşlarında herhangi bir cinnet bulunmadığını hiç düşünmediler mi? O, açık bir uyarıcıdan başka biri değildir. |
| Y. Ali | Do they not reflect? Their companion is not seized with madness: he is but a perspicuous warner.

[7:185] | evelem yenżurû fî melekûti-ssemâvâti vel'arḍi vemâ ḫaleḳa-llâhü min şey'iv veen `asâ ey yekûne ḳadi-ḳterabe ecelühüm. febieyyi ḥadîŝim ba`dehû yü'minûn. | أولم ينظروا في ملكوت السماوات والأرض وما خلق الله من شيء وأن عسى أن يكون قد اقترب أجلهم فبأي حديث بعده يؤمنون
أَوَلَمْ يَنظُرُواْ فِي مَلَكُوتِ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ وَمَا خَلَقَ اللّهُ مِن شَيْءٍ وَأَنْ عَسَى أَن يَكُونَ قَدِ اقْتَرَبَ أَجَلُهُمْ فَبِأَيِّ حَدِيثٍ بَعْدَهُ يُؤْمِنُونَ |

| Elmalılı | Allah'ın göklerdeki ve yerdeki mülkiyet ve tasarrufuna, Allah'ın yaratmış olduğu herhangi bir şeye ve ecellerinin gerçekten yaklaşmış olması ihtimaline hiç bakmadılar mı? Artık bu Kur'ân'dan sonra başka hangi söze inanacaklar. |
| Y. Ali | Do they see nothing in the government of the heavens and the earth and all that Allah hath created? (Do they not see) that it may well be that their terms is nigh drawing to an end? In what message after this will they then believe?

[7:186] | mey yuḍlili-llâhü felâ hâdiye leh. veyeẕeruhüm fî ṭugyânihim ya`mehûn. | من يضلل الله فلا هادي له ويذرهم في طغيانهم يعمهون
مَن يُضْلِلِ اللّهُ فَلاَ هَادِيَ لَهُ وَيَذَرُهُمْ فِي طُغْيَانِهِمْ يَعْمَهُونَ |

| Elmalılı | Allah kimi saptırırsa onu yola getirecek bir kimse yoktur. O, onları kendi hâllerine bırakır ve kendi azgınlıkları içinde yuvarlanıp giderler. |
| Y. Ali | To such as Allah rejects from His guidance, there can be no guide: He will leave them in their trespasses, wandering in distraction.

[7:187] | yes'elûneke `ani-ssâ`ati eyyâne mürsâhâ. ḳul innemâ `ilmühâ `inde rabbî. lâ yücellîhâ livaḳtihâ illâ hû. ŝeḳulet fi-ssemâvâti vel'arḍ. lâ te'tîküm illâ bagteten. yes'elûneke keenneke ḥafiyyün `anhâ. ḳul innemâ `ilmühâ `inde-llâhi velâkinne ekŝera-nnâsi lâ ya`lemûn. | يسألونك عن الساعة أيان مرساها قل إنما علمها عند ربي لا يجليها لوقتها إلا هو ثقلت في السماوات والأرض لا تأتيكم إلا بغتة يسألونك كأنك حفي عنها قل إنما علمها عند الله ولكن أكثر الناس لا يعلمون
يَسْأَلُونَكَ عَنِ السَّاعَةِ أَيَّانَ مُرْسَاهَا قُلْ إِنَّمَا عِلْمُهَا عِندَ رَبِّي لاَ يُجَلِّيهَا لِوَقْتِهَا إِلاَّ هُوَ ثَقُلَتْ فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ لاَ تَأْتِيكُمْ إِلاَّ بَغْتَةً يَسْأَلُونَكَ كَأَنَّكَ حَفِيٌّ عَنْهَا قُلْ إِنَّمَا عِلْمُهَا عِندَ اللّهِ وَلَـكِنَّ أَكْثَرَ النَّاسِ لاَ يَعْلَمُونَ |

| Elmalılı | Sana, ne zaman kopacak diye kıyamet vaktini soruyorlar. De ki; onun bilgisi yalnızca Rabbimin katındadır. Onu tam vaktinde koparacak olan O'ndan başkası değildir. Onun ağırlığına göklerde ve yerde dayanacak bir kimse yoktur. O size ansızın gelecektir. Sanki sen onu çok iyi biliyormuşsun gibi sana soruyorlar. De ki, onun bilgisi Allah katındadır. Fakat insanların çoğu bunu bilmezler. |
| Y. Ali | They ask thee about the (final) Hour - when will be its appointed time? Say: "The knowledge thereof is with my Lord (alone): None but He can reveal as to when it will occur. Heavy were its burden through the heavens and the earth. Only, all of a sudden will it come to you." They ask thee as if thou Wert eager in search thereof: Say: "The knowledge thereof is with Allah (alone), but most men know not."

[7:188] | ḳul lâ emlikü linefsî nef`av velâ ḍarran illâ mâ şâe-llâh. velev küntü a`lemü-lgaybe lestekŝertü mine-lḫayr. vemâ messeniye-ssûü in ene illâ neẕîruv vebeşîrul liḳavmiy yü'minûn. | قل لا أملك لنفسي نفعا ولا ضرا إلا ما شاء الله ولو كنت أعلم الغيب لاستكثرت من الخير وما مسني السوء إن أنا إلا نذير وبشير لقوم يؤمنون
قُل لاَّ أَمْلِكُ لِنَفْسِي نَفْعًا وَلاَ ضَرًّا إِلاَّ مَا شَاءَ اللّهُ وَلَوْ كُنتُ أَعْلَمُ الْغَيْبَ لاَسْتَكْثَرْتُ مِنَ الْخَيْرِ وَمَا مَسَّنِيَ السُّوءُ إِنْ أَنَاْ إِلاَّ نَذِيرٌ وَبَشِيرٌ لِّقَوْمٍ يُؤْمِنُونَ |

| Elmalılı | De ki, ben kendi kendime Allah'ın dilediğinden başka ne bir menfaat elde etmeye, ne de bir zararı önlemeye malik değilim. Ben eğer gaybı bilseydim daha çok hayır yapardım ve kötülük denilen şey yanıma uğramazdı. Ben iman edecek bir kavme müjde veren ve uyaran bir peygamberden başka biri değilim. |
| Y. Ali | Say: "I have no power over any good or harm to myself except as Allah willeth. If I had knowledge of the unseen, I should have multiplied all good, and no evil should have touched me: I am but a warner, and a bringer of glad tidings to those who have faith."

[7:189] | hüve-lleẕî ḫaleḳaküm min nefsiv vâḥidetiv vece`ale minhâ zevcehâ liyesküne ileyhâ. felemmâ tegaşşâhâ ḥamelet ḥamlen ḫafîfen femerrat bih. felemmâ eŝḳalet de`ave-llâhe rabbehümâ lein âteytenâ ṣâliḥal lenekûnenne mine-şşâkirîn. | هو الذي خلقكم من نفس واحدة وجعل منها زوجها ليسكن إليها فلما تغشاها حملت حملا خفيفا فمرت به فلما أثقلت دعوا الله ربهما لئن آتيتنا صالحا لنكونن من الشاكرين
هُوَ الَّذِي خَلَقَكُم مِّن نَّفْسٍ وَاحِدَةٍ وَجَعَلَ مِنْهَا زَوْجَهَا لِيَسْكُنَ إِلَيْهَا فَلَمَّا تَغَشَّاهَا حَمَلَتْ حَمْلاً خَفِيفًا فَمَرَّتْ بِهِ فَلَمَّا أَثْقَلَت دَّعَوَا اللّهَ رَبَّهُمَا لَئِنْ آتَيْتَنَا صَالِحاً لَّنَكُونَنَّ مِنَ الشَّاكِرِينَ |

| Elmalılı | Sizi bir tek nefisten yaratan, onunla sükûnet bulsun diye eşini de ondan yaratan Allah'tır. O, eşini kucaklayıp sarılınca (ona yaklaşınca), eşi hafif bir yük yüklendi (hâmile kaldı). Bir müddet böyle geçti, derken yükü ağırlaştı. O vakit ikisi birden Rableri olan Allah'a şöyle dua ettiler: "Eğer bize salih bir evlat verirsen, biz muhakkak şükredenlerden olacağız." |
| Y. Ali | It is He Who created you from a single person, and made his mate of like nature, in order that he might dwell with her (in love). When they are united, she bears a light burden and carries it about (unnoticed). When she grows heavy, they both pray to Allah their Lord, (saying): "If Thou givest us a goodly child, we vow we shall (ever) be grateful."

[7:190] | felemmâ âtâhümâ ṣâliḥan ce`alâ lehû şürakâe fîmâ âtâhümâ. fete`âle-llâhü `ammâ yüşrikûn. | فلما آتاهما صالحا جعلا له شركاء فيما آتاهما فتعالى الله عما يشركون
فَلَمَّا آتَاهُمَا صَالِحاً جَعَلاَ لَهُ شُرَكَاءَ فِيمَا آتَاهُمَا فَتَعَالَى اللّهُ عَمَّا يُشْرِكُونَ |

| Elmalılı | Fakat Allah, kendilerine salih bir evlat verince, her ikisi de tuttular verdiği evlatlar üzerine ona ortak koşmaya başladılar. Allah, onların koştukları şirkten münezzehtir. |
| Y. Ali | But when He giveth them a goodly child, they ascribe to others a share in the gift they have received: but Allah is exalted high above the partners they ascribe to Him.

[7:191] | eyüşrikûne mâ lâ yaḫlüḳu şey'ev vehüm yuḫleḳûn. | أيشركون ما لا يخلق شيئا وهم يخلقون
أَيُشْرِكُونَ مَا لاَ يَخْلُقُ شَيْئاً وَهُمْ يُخْلَقُونَ |

| Elmalılı | Hiçbir şey yaratmayan ve kendileri yaratılmış olan putları mı Allah'a ortak ediyorlar, ona eş koşuyorlar? |
| Y. Ali | Do they indeed ascribe to Him as partners things that can create nothing, but are themselves created?

| Words | |أيشركون - Do they associate| ما - what| لا - (can) not| يخلق - create| شيئا - anything| وهم - and they| يخلقون - are created?| |

[7:192] | velâ yesteṭî`ûne lehüm naṣrav velâ enfüsehüm yenṣurûn. | ولا يستطيعون لهم نصرا ولا أنفسهم ينصرون
وَلاَ يَسْتَطِيعُونَ لَهُمْ نَصْرًا وَلاَ أَنفُسَهُمْ يَنصُرُونَ |

| Elmalılı | Bu putlar, ne o tapınanlara, ne de kendi kendilerine yardım edebilirler. |
| Y. Ali | No aid can they give them, nor can they aid themselves!

| Words | |ولا - And not| يستطيعون - they are able| لهم - to (give) them| نصرا - any help| ولا - and not| أنفسهم - themselves| ينصرون - can they help.| |

[7:193] | vein ted`ûhüm ile-lhüdâ lâ yettebi`ûküm. sevâün `aleyküm ede`avtümûhüm em entüm ṣâmitûn. | وإن تدعوهم إلى الهدى لا يتبعوكم سواء عليكم أدعوتموهم أم أنتم صامتون
وَإِن تَدْعُوهُمْ إِلَى الْهُدَى لاَ يَتَّبِعُوكُمْ سَوَاءٌ عَلَيْكُمْ أَدَعَوْتُمُوهُمْ أَمْ أَنتُمْ صَامِتُونَ |

| Elmalılı | Eğer siz onları doğru yola çağırsanız, size uymazlar. Onları ha çağırmışsınız, ha çağırmayıp susmuşsunuz, hiç fark etmez. |
| Y. Ali | If ye call them to guidance, they will not obey: For you it is the same whether ye call them or ye hold your peace!

[7:194] | inne-lleẕîne ted`ûne min dûni-llâhi `ibâdün emŝâlüküm fed`ûhüm felyestecîbû leküm in küntüm ṣâdiḳîn. | إن الذين تدعون من دون الله عباد أمثالكم فادعوهم فليستجيبوا لكم إن كنتم صادقين
إِنَّ الَّذِينَ تَدْعُونَ مِن دُونِ اللّهِ عِبَادٌ أَمْثَالُكُمْ فَادْعُوهُمْ فَلْيَسْتَجِيبُواْ لَكُمْ إِن كُنتُمْ صَادِقِينَ |

| Elmalılı | Allah'ı bırakıp taptıklarınız da tıpkı sizin gibi kullardır. Eğer iddianızda doğru iseniz haydi onları çağırın da size cevap versinler. |
| Y. Ali | Verily those whom ye call upon besides Allah are servants like unto you: Call upon them, and let them listen to your prayer, if ye are (indeed) truthful!

[7:195] | elehüm ercülüy yemşûne bihâ. em lehüm eydiy yebṭişûne bihâ. em lehüm a`yünüy yübṣirûne bihâ. em lehüm âẕânüy yesme`ûne bihâ. ḳuli-d`û şürakâeküm ŝümme kîdûni felâ tünżirûn. | ألهم أرجل يمشون بها أم لهم أيد يبطشون بها أم لهم أعين يبصرون بها أم لهم آذان يسمعون بها قل ادعوا شركاءكم ثم كيدون فلا تنظرون
أَلَهُمْ أَرْجُلٌ يَمْشُونَ بِهَا أَمْ لَهُمْ أَيْدٍ يَبْطِشُونَ بِهَا أَمْ لَهُمْ أَعْيُنٌ يُبْصِرُونَ بِهَا أَمْ لَهُمْ آذَانٌ يَسْمَعُونَ بِهَا قُلِ ادْعُواْ شُرَكَاءَكُمْ ثُمَّ كِيدُونِ فَلاَ تُنظِرُونِ |

| Elmalılı | Onların yürüyecek ayakları, tutacak elleri, görecek gözleri veya işitecek kulakları mı var? De ki: "Haydi çağırın o ortaklarınızı, sonra bana istediğiniz tuzağı kurun ve elinizden gelirse göz açtırmayın." |
| Y. Ali | Have they feet to walk with? Or hands to lay hold with? Or eyes to see with? Or ears to hear with? Say: "Call your 'god-partners', scheme (your worst) against me, and give me no respite!

[7:196] | inne veliyyiye-llâhü-lleẕî nezzele-lkitâb. vehüve yetevelle-ṣṣâliḥîn. | إن وليي الله الذي نزل الكتاب وهو يتولى الصالحين
إِنَّ وَلِيِّـيَ اللّهُ الَّذِي نَزَّلَ الْكِتَابَ وَهُوَ يَتَوَلَّى الصَّالِحِينَ |

| Elmalılı | "Zira benim velim, o kitabı indiren Allah'tır. Ve O, salih kullarına sahip çıkar." |
| Y. Ali | "For my Protector is Allah, Who revealed the Book (from time to time), and He will choose and befriend the righteous.
|
| Words | |إن - Indeed,| وليي - my protector| الله - (is) Allah| الذي - the One Who| نزل - revealed| الكتاب - the Book.| وهو - And He| يتولى - protects| الصالحين - the righteous.| |

[7:197] | velleẕîne ted`ûne min dûnihî lâ yesteṭî`ûne naṣraküm velâ enfüsehüm yenṣurûn. | والذين تدعون من دونه لا يستطيعون نصركم ولا أنفسهم ينصرون
وَالَّذِينَ تَدْعُونَ مِن دُونِهِ لاَ يَسْتَطِيعُونَ نَصْرَكُمْ وَلَآ أَنفُسَهُمْ يَنْصُرُونَ |

| Elmalılı | "Sizin Allah'tan başka taptıklarınız ise ne size yardım edebilirler, ne de kendi kendilerine yardımları dokunur." |
| Y. Ali | "But those ye call upon besides Him, are unable to help you, and indeed to help themselves."

| Words | |والذين - And those whom| تدعون - you invoke| من - from| دونه - besides Him,| لا - not| يستطيعون - they are able| نصركم - (to) help you| ولا - and not| أنفسهم - themselves| ينصرون - can they help.| |

[7:198] | vein ted`ûhüm ile-lhüdâ lâ yesme`û. veterâhüm yenżurûne ileyke vehüm lâ yübṣirûn. | وإن تدعوهم إلى الهدى لا يسمعوا وتراهم ينظرون إليك وهم لا يبصرون
وَإِن تَدْعُوهُمْ إِلَى الْهُدَى لاَ يَسْمَعُواْ وَتَرَاهُمْ يَنظُرُونَ إِلَيْكَ وَهُمْ لاَ يُبْصِرُونَ |

| Elmalılı | "Siz onları doğru yola çağıracak olsanız da duymazlar." Onların sana baktıklarını görürsün, bakarlar, ama görmezler. |
| Y. Ali | If thou callest them to guidance, they hear not. Thou wilt see them looking at thee, but they see not.

| Words | |وإن - And if| تدعوهم - you call them| إلى - to| الهدى - the guidance| لا - not| يسمعوا - do they not.| وتراهم - And you see them| ينظرون - looking| إليك - at you| وهم - but they -| لا - not| يبصرون - (do) they see.| |

[7:199] | ḫuẕi-l`afve ve'mür bil`urfi vea`riḍ `ani-lcâhilîn. | خذ العفو وأمر بالعرف وأعرض عن الجاهلين
خُذِ الْعَفْوَ وَأْمُرْ بِالْعُرْفِ وَأَعْرِضْ عَنِ الْجَاهِلِينَ |

[7:200] | veimmâ yenzeganneke mine-şşeyṭâni nezgun feste`iẕ billâh. innehû semî`un `alîm. | وإما ينزغنك من الشيطان نزغ فاستعذ بالله إنه سميع عليم
وَإِمَّا يَـنْـزَغَنَّكَ مِنَ الشَّيْطَانِ نَزْغٌ فَاسْتَعِذْ بِاللّهِ إِنَّهُ سَمِيعٌ عَلِيمٌ |

| Elmalılı | Eğer şeytandan bir vesvese, bir gıcık gelirse hemen Allah'a sığın. Muhakkak ki, Allah hakkıyla işiten, kemaliyle bilendir. |
| Y. Ali | If a suggestion from Satan assail thy (mind), seek refuge with Allah; for He heareth and knoweth (all things).

21.
[7:201] | inne-lleẕîne-tteḳav iẕâ messehüm ṭâifüm mine-şşeyṭâni teẕekkerû feiẕâ hüm mübṣirûn. | إن الذين اتقوا إذا مسهم طائف من الشيطان تذكروا فإذا هم مبصرون
إِنَّ الَّذِينَ اتَّقَواْ إِذَا مَسَّهُمْ طَائِفٌ مِّنَ الشَّيْطَانِ تَذَكَّرُواْ فَإِذَا هُم مُّبْصِرُونَ |

| Elmalılı | Allah'tan korkanlar, kendilerine şeytandan bir vesvese iliştiği zaman, durup düşünürler de derhal kendi basiretlerine sahib olurlar. |
| Y. Ali | Those who fear Allah, when a thought of evil from Satan assaults them, bring Allah to remembrance, when lo! they see (aright)!

22.
[7:202] | veiḫvânühüm yemüddûnehüm fi-lgayyi ŝümme lâ yuḳṣirûn. | وإخوانهم يمدونهم في الغي ثم لا يقصرون
وَإِخْوَانُهُمْ يَمُدُّونَهُمْ فِي الْغَيِّ ثُمَّ لاَ يُقْصِرُونَ |

| Elmalılı | Şeytanların kardeşlerine gelince, onlar öbürlerini sapıklığa sürüklerler, sonra da yakalarını bırakmazlar. |
| Y. Ali | But their brethren (the evil ones) plunge them deeper into error, and never relax (their efforts).

| Words | |وإخوانهم - But their brothers| يمدونهم - they plunge them| في - in| الغي - the error,| ثم - then| لا - not| يقصرون - they cease.| |
23.
[7:203] | veiẕâ lem te'tihim biâyetin ḳâlû levle-ctebeytehâ. ḳul innemâ ettebi`u mâ yûḥâ ileyye mir rabbî. hâẕâ beṣâiru mir rabbiküm vehüdev veraḥmetül liḳavmiy yü'minûn. | وإذا لم تأتهم بآية قالوا لولا اجتبيتها قل إنما أتبع ما يوحى إلي من ربي هذا بصائر من ربكم وهدى ورحمة لقوم يؤمنون
وَإِذَا لَمْ تَأْتِهِم بِآيَةٍ قَالُواْ لَوْلاَ اجْتَبَيْتَهَا قُلْ إِنَّمَا أَتَّبِعُ مَا يُوحَى إِلَيَّ مِن رَّبِّي هَـذَا بَصَآئِرُ مِن رَّبِّكُمْ وَهُدًى وَرَحْمَةٌ لِّقَوْمٍ يُؤْمِنُونَ |

| Elmalılı | Onlara (arzularına göre) bir âyet getirmediğin zaman, derleyip toplasaydın ya derler, sen de de ki; ben ancak Rabbimden bana ne vahyolunuyorsa ona uyarım, işte bütünüyle bu Kur'ân, Rabbinizden gelen basiretlerdir (kalp gözünü açacak beyanlardır), iman eden bir kavim için hidayettir, rahmettir. |
| Y. Ali | If thou bring them not a revelation, they say: "Why hast thou not got it together?" Say: "I but follow what is revealed to me from my Lord: this is (nothing but) lights from your Lord, and Guidance, and mercy, for any who have faith."

24.
[7:204] | veiẕâ ḳurie-lḳur'ânü festemi`û lehû veenṣitû le`alleküm türḥamûn. | وإذا قرئ القرآن فاستمعوا له وأنصتوا لعلكم ترحمون
وَإِذَا قُرِئَ الْقُرْآنُ فَاسْتَمِعُواْ لَهُ وَأَنصِتُواْ لَعَلَّكُمْ تُرْحَمُونَ |

| Elmalılı | Kur'ân okunduğu zaman, hemen susup onu dinleyin, umulur ki, rahmete nâil olursunuz. |
| Y. Ali | When the Qur'an is read, listen to it with attention, and hold your peace: that ye may receive Mercy.

| Words | |وإذا - And when| قرئ - is recited| القرآن - the Quran,| فاستمعوا - then listen| له - to it| وأنصتوا - and pay attention| لعلكم - so that you may| ترحمون - receive mercy.| |
25.
[7:205] | veẕkür rabbeke fî nefsike teḍarru`av veḫîfetev vedûne-lcehri mine-lḳavli bilgudüvvi vel'eṣâli velâ teküm mine-lgâfilîn. | واذكر ربك في نفسك تضرعا وخيفة ودون الجهر من القول بالغدو والآصال ولا تكن من الغافلين
وَاذْكُر رَّبَّكَ فِي نَفْسِكَ تَضَرُّعاً وَخِيفَةً وَدُونَ الْجَهْرِ مِنَ الْقَوْلِ بِالْغُدُوِّ وَالْآصَالِ وَلاَ تَكُن مِّنَ الْغَافِلِينَ |

| Elmalılı | Sabah akşam demeden, kendi içinden, korkarak ve yalvararak, alçak sesle Rabbini an ve gafillerden olma. |
| Y. Ali | And do thou (O reader!) Bring thy Lord to remembrance in thy (very) soul, with humility and in reverence, without loudness in words, in the mornings and evenings; and be not thou of those who are unheedful.

26.
[7:206] | inne-lleẕîne `inde rabbike lâ yestekbirûne `an `ibâdetihî veyüsebbiḥûnehû velehû yescüdûn. | إن الذين عند ربك لا يستكبرون عن عبادته ويسبحونه وله يسجدون
إِنَّ الَّذِينَ عِندَ رَبِّكَ لاَ يَسْتَكْبِرُونَ عَنْ عِبَادَتِهِ وَيُسَبِّحُونَهُ وَلَهُ يَسْجُدُونَ |

| Elmalılı | Zira Rabbinin katında olanlar, Allah'a kulluk etmekten asla kibirlenmezler, O'nu tenzih eder, şanını ulularlar ve yalnızca O'na secde ederler. |
| Y. Ali | Those who are near to thy Lord, disdain not to do Him worship: They celebrate His praises, and prostrate before Him.

| Words | |إن - Indeed,| الذين - those who| عند - (are) near| ربك - your Lord,| لا - not| يستكبرون - (do) they turn away in pride| عن - from| عبادته - His worship.| ويسبحونه - And they glorify Him| وله - and to Him| يسجدون - they prostrate.| |
