[13:31] | velev enne ḳur'ânen süyyirat bihi-lcibâlü ev ḳuṭṭi`at bihi-l'arḍu ev küllime bihi-lmevtâ. bel lillâhi-l'emru cemî`â. efelem yey'esi-lleẕîne âmenû el lev yeşâü-llâhü lehede-nnâse cemî`â. velâ yezâlü-lleẕîne keferû tüṣîbühüm bimâ ṣane`û ḳâri`atün ev teḥullü ḳarîbem min dârihim ḥattâ ye'tiye va`dü-llâh. inne-llâhe lâ yuḫlifü-lmî`âd. |  ولو أن قرآنا سيرت به الجبال أو قطعت به الأرض أو كلم به الموتى بل لله الأمر جميعا أفلم ييأس الذين آمنوا أن لو يشاء الله لهدى الناس جميعا ولا يزال الذين كفروا تصيبهم بما صنعوا قارعة أو تحل قريبا من دارهم حتى يأتي وعد الله إن الله لا يخلف الميعاد
وَلَوْ أَنَّ قُرْآنًا سُيِّرَتْ بِهِ الْجِبَالُ أَوْ قُطِّعَتْ بِهِ الْأَرْضُ أَوْ كُلِّمَ بِهِ الْمَوْتَى بَل لِّلّهِ الْأَمْرُ جَمِيعًا أَفَلَمْ يَيْأَسِ الَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ أَن لَّوْ يَشَاءُ اللّهُ لَهَدَى النَّاسَ جَمِيعًا وَلاَ يَزَالُ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ تُصِيبُهُم بِمَا صَنَعُواْ قَارِعَةٌ أَوْ تَحُلُّ قَرِيبًا مِّن دَارِهِمْ حَتَّى يَأْتِيَ وَعْدُ اللّهِ إِنَّ اللّهَ لاَ يُخْلِفُ الْمِيعَادَ |

| Elmalılı | Bir Kur'ân ki, onunla dağlar yürütülse veya onunla yer parçalansa veya onunla ölüler konuşturulsa (o yine bu Kur'an olurdu). Fakat emir bütünüyle Allah'ındır. İman edenler, kâfirlerden ümit kesip daha anlamadılar mı ki, Allah dileseydi, elbette insanların hepsine toptan hidayet buyururdu. O küfürde direnenlerin kendi sanatlarıyla başlarına musibet inip duracak, ya da yurtlarının yakınına konacak. Nihayet Allah'ın vaadi gelecek. Muhakkak ki, Allah vaad ettiği zamanı şaşırmaz. |
| Y. Ali | If there were a Qur'an with which mountains were moved, or the earth were cloven asunder, or the dead were made to speak, (this would be the one!) But, truly, the command is with Allah in all things! Do not the Believers know, that, had Allah (so) willed, He could have guided all mankind (to the right)? But the Unbelievers,- never will disaster cease to seize them for their (ill) deeds, or to settle close to their homes, until the promise of Allah come to pass, for, verily, Allah will not fail in His promise.

[13:32] | veleḳadi-stühzie birusülim min ḳablike feemleytü lilleẕîne keferû ŝümme eḫaẕtühüm. fekeyfe kâne `iḳâb. | ولقد استهزئ برسل من قبلك فأمليت للذين كفروا ثم أخذتهم فكيف كان عقاب
وَلَقَدِ اسْتُهْزِىءَ بِرُسُلٍ مِّن قَبْلِكَ فَأَمْلَيْتُ لِلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ ثُمَّ أَخَذْتُهُمْ فَكَيْفَ كَانَ عِقَابِ |

| Elmalılı | Andolsun ki, senden önceki peygamberlerle de alay edildi. Ben de o kâfirlere bir süre için meydan verdim. Sonra da tuttum onları cezalandırdım. O vakit azabım nasıl imiş (gördüler). |
| Y. Ali | Mocked were (many) messengers before thee: but I granted respite to the unbelievers, and finally I punished them: Then how (terrible) was my requital!

[13:33] | efemen hüve ḳâimün `alâ külli nefsim bimâ kesebet. vece`alû lillâhi şürakâ'. ḳul semmûhüm. em tünebbiûnehû bimâ lâ ya`lemü fi-l'arḍi em biżâhirim mine-lḳavl. bel züyyine lilleẕîne keferû mekruhüm veṣuddû `ani-ssebîl. vemey yuḍlili-llâhü femâ lehû min hâd. | أفمن هو قائم على كل نفس بما كسبت وجعلوا لله شركاء قل سموهم أم تنبئونه بما لا يعلم في الأرض أم بظاهر من القول بل زين للذين كفروا مكرهم وصدوا عن السبيل ومن يضلل الله فما له من هاد
أَفَمَنْ هُوَ قَآئِمٌ عَلَى كُلِّ نَفْسٍ بِمَا كَسَبَتْ وَجَعَلُواْ لِلّهِ شُرَكَاءَ قُلْ سَمُّوهُمْ أَمْ تُنَبِّئُونَهُ بِمَا لاَ يَعْلَمُ فِي الْأَرْضِ أَم بِظَاهِرٍ مِّنَ الْقَوْلِ بَلْ زُيِّنَ لِلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ مَكْرُهُمْ وَصُدُّواْ عَنِ السَّبِيلِ وَمَن يُضْلِلِ اللّهُ فَمَا لَهُ مِنْ هَادٍ |

| Elmalılı | Bütün kazandıklarıyla her bir nefsin üzerinde böylesine hükümran olan başka kim vardır? Böyle iken tuttular da Allah'a ortaklar uydurdular. De ki: "Onlara isimler verip durun bakalım. Siz O'na yeryüzünde bilmediği bir şey mi haber vereceksiniz? Yoksa anlamı olmayan kuru bir laf mı? Doğrusu küfre sapanlara kendi oyunları güzel gösterildi de yoldan saptırıldılar. Allah her kimi saptırırsa, artık onu yola getirecek kimse yoktur. |
| Y. Ali | Is then He who standeth over every soul (and knoweth) all that it doth, (like any others)? And yet they ascribe partners to Allah. Say: "But name them! is it that ye will inform Him of something he knoweth not on earth, or is it (just) a show of words?" Nay! to those who believe not, their pretence seems pleasing, but they are kept back (thereby) from the path. And those whom Allah leaves to stray, no one can guide.

[13:34] | lehüm `aẕâbün fi-lḥayâti-ddünyâ vele`aẕâbü-l'âḫirati eşeḳḳ. vemâ lehüm mine-llâhi miv vâḳ. | لهم عذاب في الحياة الدنيا ولعذاب الآخرة أشق وما لهم من الله من واق
لَّهُمْ عَذَابٌ فِي الْحَيَاةِ الدُّنْيَا وَلَعَذَابُ الْآخِرَةِ أَشَقُّ وَمَا لَهُم مِّنَ اللّهِ مِن وَاقٍ |

| Elmalılı | Onlara dünya hayatında bir azap vardır. Ahiret azabı ise elbette daha çetindir. Onları Allah'dan koruyacak da yoktur. |
| Y. Ali | For them is a penalty in the life of this world, but harder, truly, is the penalty of the Hereafter: and defender have they none against Allah.

[13:35] | meŝelü-lcenneti-lletî vu`ide-lmütteḳûn. tecrî min taḥtihe-l'enhâr. ükülühâ dâimüv veżillühâ. tilke `uḳbe-lleẕîne-tteḳav. ve`uḳbe-lkâfirîne-nnâr. | مثل الجنة التي وعد المتقون تجري من تحتها الأنهار أكلها دائم وظلها تلك عقبى الذين اتقوا وعقبى الكافرين النار
مَّثَلُ الْجَنَّةِ الَّتِي وُعِدَ الْمُتَّقُونَ تَجْرِي مِن تَحْتِهَا الأَنْهَارُ أُكُلُهَا دَآئِمٌ وِظِلُّهَا تِلْكَ عُقْبَى الَّذِينَ اتَّقَواْ وَّعُقْبَى الْكَافِرِينَ النَّارُ |

| Elmalılı | Müttakilere vaad olunan cennetin misali şöyledir: Altından ırmaklar akar durur, yemişleri süreklidir, gölgeleri de. İşte bu, takva yolunu tutanların akıbetidir. Kâfirlerin akıbeti de ateştir. |
| Y. Ali | The parable of the Garden which the righteous are promised!- beneath it flow rivers: perpetual is the enjoyment thereof and the shade therein: such is the end of the Righteous; and the end of Unbelievers in the Fire.

[13:36] | velleẕîne âteynâhümü-lkitâbe yefraḥûne bimâ ünzile ileyke vemine-l'aḥzâbi mey yünkiru ba`ḍah. ḳul innemâ ümirtü en a`büde-llâhe velâ üşrike bih. ileyhi ed`û veileyhi meâb. | والذين آتيناهم الكتاب يفرحون بما أنزل إليك ومن الأحزاب من ينكر بعضه قل إنما أمرت أن أعبد الله ولا أشرك به إليه أدعو وإليه مآب
وَالَّذِينَ آتَيْنَاهُمُ الْكِتَابَ يَفْرَحُونَ بِمَا أُنزِلَ إِلَيْكَ وَمِنَ الْأَحْزَابِ مَن يُنكِرُ بَعْضَهُ قُلْ إِنَّمَا أُمِرْتُ أَنْ أَعْبُدَ اللّهَ وَلاَ أُشْرِكَ بِهِ إِلَيْهِ أَدْعُو وَإِلَيْهِ مَآبِ |

| Elmalılı | Bir de kendilerine kitap verdiklerimiz, sana indirilen (vahiy) le sevinç duyuyorlar. Bununla beraber hizipleşenlerden, âyetlerin bir kısmını inkâr edenler de vardır. De ki: "Ben ancak Allah'a kulluk etmekle ve O'na şirk koşmamakla emrolundum. Ben O'na davet ediyorum, dönüşüm de O'nadır." |
| Y. Ali | Those to whom We have given the Book rejoice at what hath been revealed unto thee: but there are among the clans those who reject a part thereof. Say: "I am commanded to worship Allah, and not to join partners with Him. Unto Him do I call, and unto Him is my return."

[13:37] | vekeẕâlike enzelnâhü ḥukmen `arabiyyâ. veleini-tteba`te ehvâehüm ba`de mâ câeke mine-l`ilmi mâ leke mine-llâhi miv veliyyiv velâ vâḳ. | وكذلك أنزلناه حكما عربيا ولئن اتبعت أهواءهم بعدما جاءك من العلم ما لك من الله من ولي ولا واق
وَكَذَلِكَ أَنزَلْنَاهُ حُكْمًا عَرَبِيًّا وَلَئِنِ اتَّبَعْتَ أَهْوَاءَهُم بَعْدَ مَا جَاءَكَ مِنَ الْعِلْمِ مَا لَكَ مِنَ اللّهِ مِن وَلِيٍّ وَلاَ وَاقٍ |

| Elmalılı | Ve işte biz o Kur'ân'ı Arapça bir hüküm olarak indirdik. Yemin olsun ki, eğer sen, sana vahiyle gelen bu bilgiden sonra onların keyiflerine uyacak olursan, sana Allah'dan ne bir dost vardır, ne de bir koruyucu. |
| Y. Ali | Thus have We revealed it to be a judgment of authority in Arabic. Wert thou to follow their (vain) desires after the knowledge which hath reached thee, then wouldst thou find neither protector nor defender against Allah.

وَلَقَدْ أَرْسَلْنَا رُسُلاً مِّن قَبْلِكَ وَجَعَلْنَا لَهُمْ أَزْوَاجًا وَذُرِّيَّةً وَمَا كَانَ لِرَسُولٍ أَن يَأْتِيَ بِآيَةٍ إِلاَّ بِإِذْنِ اللّهِ لِكُلِّ أَجَلٍ كِتَابٌ |

| Elmalılı | Andolsun ki, biz senden önce de peygamberler gönderdik. Onlara da eşler ve çocuklar verdik. Allah'ın izni olmadan herhangi bir âyet getirmek ise hiçbir peygamberin haddi değildir. Her ecel için bir yazı vardır. |
| Y. Ali | We did send messengers before thee, and appointed for them wives and children: and it was never the part of a messenger to bring a sign except as Allah permitted (or commanded). For each period is a Book (revealed).

يَمْحُو اللّهُ مَا يَشَاءُ وَيُثْبِتُ وَعِندَهُ أُمُّ الْكِتَابِ |

| Y. Ali | Allah doth blot out or confirm what He pleaseth: with Him is the Mother of the Book.

[13:40] | veim mâ nüriyenneke ba`ḍa-lleẕî ne`idühüm ev neteveffeyenneke feinnemâ `aleyke-lbelâgu ve`aleyne-lḥisâb. | وإن ما نرينك بعض الذي نعدهم أو نتوفينك فإنما عليك البلاغ وعلينا الحساب
وَإِن مَّا نُرِيَنَّكَ بَعْضَ الَّذِي نَعِدُهُمْ أَوْ نَتَوَفَّيَنَّكَ فَإِنَّمَا عَلَيْكَ الْبَلاَغُ وَعَلَيْنَا الْحِسَابُ |

| Elmalılı | Onlara vaad ettiğimiz azabın bir kısmını sana göstersek, yahut seni, onu görmeden vefat ettirsek, yine de sana düşen sadece tebliğ etmek, bize düşen de hesaba çekmektir. |
| Y. Ali | Whether We shall show thee (within thy life-time) part of what we promised them or take to ourselves thy soul (before it is all accomplished),- thy duty is to make (the Message) reach them: it is our part to call them to account.

[13:41] | evelem yerav ennâ ne'ti-l'arḍa nenḳuṣuhâ min aṭrâfihâ. vellâhü yaḥkümü lâ mü`aḳḳibe liḥukmih. vehüve serî`u-lḥisâb. | أولم يروا أنا نأتي الأرض ننقصها من أطرافها والله يحكم لا معقب لحكمه وهو سريع الحساب
أَوَلَمْ يَرَوْاْ أَنَّا نَأْتِي الْأَرْضَ نَنقُصُهَا مِنْ أَطْرَافِهَا وَاللّهُ يَحْكُمُ لاَ مُعَقِّبَ لِحُكْمِهِ وَهُوَ سَرِيعُ الْحِسَابِ |

| Elmalılı | Görmüyorlar mı ki, biz yeri etrafından eksiltip duruyoruz. Allah öyle hükmeder ki, O'nun hükmünü engelleyecek kimse yoktur. O çok hızlı hesap görür. |
| Y. Ali | See they not that We gradually reduce the land (in their control) from its outlying borders? (Where) Allah commands, there is none to put back His Command: and He is swift in calling to account.

[13:42] | veḳad mekera-lleẕîne min ḳablihim felillâhi-lmekru cemî`â. ya`lemü mâ teksibü küllü nefs. veseya`lemü-lküffâru limen `uḳbe-ddâr. | وقد مكر الذين من قبلهم فلله المكر جميعا يعلم ما تكسب كل نفس وسيعلم الكفار لمن عقبى الدار
وَقَدْ مَكَرَ الَّذِينَ مِن قَبْلِهِمْ فَلِلّهِ الْمَكْرُ جَمِيعًا يَعْلَمُ مَا تَكْسِبُ كُلُّ نَفْسٍ وَسَيَعْلَمُ الْكُفَّارُ لِمَنْ عُقْبَى الدَّارِ |

| Elmalılı | Onlardan öncekiler de hileler yapmışlardı. Fakat sonuçta bütün hileler(in cezası) Allah'a aittir. Her nefsin ne kazandığını O bilir. Bu dünyanın akıbetinin kime ait olduğunu kâfirler de yakında bilecekler. |
| Y. Ali | Those before them did (also) devise plots; but in all things the master-planning is Allah's He knoweth the doings of every soul: and soon will the Unbelievers know who gets home in the end.

وَيَقُولُ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ لَسْتَ مُرْسَلاً قُلْ كَفَى بِاللّهِ شَهِيدًا بَيْنِي وَبَيْنَكُمْ وَمَنْ عِندَهُ عِلْمُ الْكِتَابِ |

| Elmalılı | O kâfirler: "Sen Allah tarafından gönderilmiş bir peygamber değilsin" diyorlar. De ki: "Benimle sizin aranızda şahit olarak Allah yeter, bir de yanında kitap ilmi bulunan (yeter)." |
| Y. Ali | The Unbelievers say: "No messenger art thou." Say: "Enough for a witness between me and you is Allah, and such as have knowledge of the Book."
