[9:108] | lâ teḳum fîhi ebedâ. lemescidün üssise `ale-ttaḳvâ min evveli yevmin eḥaḳḳu en teḳûme fîh. fîhi ricâlüy yüḥibbûne ey yeteṭahherû. vellâhü yüḥibbü-lmüṭṭahhirîn. |  لا تقم فيه أبدا لمسجد أسس على التقوى من أول يوم أحق أن تقوم فيه فيه رجال يحبون أن يتطهروا والله يحب المطهرين
لاَ تَقُمْ فِيهِ أَبَدًا لَّمَسْجِدٌ أُسِّسَ عَلَى التَّقْوَى مِنْ أَوَّلِ يَوْمٍ أَحَقُّ أَن تَقُومَ فِيهِ فِيهِ رِجَالٌ يُحِبُّونَ أَن يَتَطَهَّرُواْ وَاللّهُ يُحِبُّ الْمُطَّهِّرِينَ |

| Elmalılı | O mescit içinde sen kesinlikle namaza durma. Ta ilk gününde temeli takva üzerine kurulan mescit elbette içinde namaz kılmana daha layıktır. Onun içinde günahlarından arınmayı seven kişiler vardır. Allah da arınmış, ak pak olmuş olanları sever. |
| Y. Ali | Never stand thou forth therein. There is a mosque whose foundation was laid from the first day on piety; it is more worthy of the standing forth (for prayer) therein. In it are men who love to be purified; and Allah loveth those who make themselves pure.
