| بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ |
| 1. [2:243] | Alam tara ila allatheenakharajoo min diyarihim wahum oloofun hatharaalmawti faqala lahumu Allahu mootoo thumma ahyahuminna Allaha lathoo fadlin AAala alnnasiwalakinna akthara alnnasi layashkuroona |  ألم تر إلى الذين خرجوا من ديارهم وهم ألوف حذر الموت فقال لهم الله موتوا ثم أحياهم إن الله لذو فضل على الناس ولكن أكثر الناس لا يشكرونأَلَمْ تَرَ إِلَى الَّذِينَ خَرَجُواْ مِن دِيَارِهِمْ وَهُمْ أُلُوفٌ حَذَرَ الْمَوْتِ فَقَالَ لَهُمُ اللّهُ مُوتُواْ ثُمَّ أَحْيَاهُمْ إِنَّ اللّهَ لَذُو فَضْلٍ عَلَى النَّاسِ وَلَـكِنَّ أَكْثَرَ النَّاسِ لاَ يَشْكُرُونَ | |||||

| Tahir ul Qadri | (اے حبیب!) کیا آپ نے ان لوگوں کو نہیں دیکھا جو موت کے ڈر سے اپنے گھروں سے نکل گئے حالانکہ وہ ہزاروں (کی تعداد میں) تھے، تو اﷲ نے انہیں حکم دیا: مر جاؤ (سو وہ مرگئے)، پھر انہیں زندہ فرما دیا، بیشک اﷲ لوگوں پر فضل فرمانے والا ہے مگر اکثر لوگ (اس کا) شکر ادا نہیں کرتے، | ||||||
| Yousuf Ali | Didst thou not Turn by vision to those who abandoned their homes, though they were thousands (In number), for fear of death? Allah said to them: "Die": Then He restored them to life. For Allah is full of bounty to mankind, but Most of them are ungrateful. | ||||||

[3:119] | Ha antum ola-i tuhibboonahumwala yuhibboonakum watu/minoona bialkitabikullihi wa-itha laqookum qaloo amannawa-itha khalaw AAaddoo AAalaykumu al-anamilamina alghaythi qul mootoo bighaythikuminna Allaha AAaleemun bithati alssudoori | ها أنتم أولاء تحبونهم ولا يحبونكم وتؤمنون بالكتاب كله وإذا لقوكم قالوا آمنا وإذا خلوا عضوا عليكم الأنامل من الغيظ قل موتوا بغيظكم إن الله عليم بذات الصدور هَاأَنتُمْ أُوْلاَءِ تُحِبُّونَهُمْ وَلاَ يُحِبُّونَكُمْ وَتُؤْمِنُونَ بِالْكِتَابِ كُلِّهِ وَإِذَا لَقُوكُمْ قَالُواْ آمَنَّا وَإِذَا خَلَوْاْ عَضُّواْ عَلَيْكُمُ الْأَنَامِلَ مِنَ الْغَيْظِ قُلْ مُوتُواْ بِغَيْظِكُمْ إِنَّ اللّهَ عَلِيمٌ بِذَاتِ الصُّدُورِ | |||||
| Tahir ul Qadri | آگاہ ہو جاؤ! تم وہ لوگ ہو کہ ان سے محبت رکھتے ہو اور وہ تمہیں پسند (تک) نہیں کرتے حالانکہ تم سب کتابوں پر ایمان رکھتے ہو، اور جب وہ تم سے ملتے ہیں (تو) کہتے ہیں: ہم ایمان لے آئے ہیں، اور جب اکیلے ہوتے ہیں تو تم پر غصے سے انگلیاں چباتے ہیں، فرما دیں: مر جاؤ اپنی گھٹن میں، بیشک اللہ دلوں کی (پوشیدہ) باتوں کو خوب جاننے والا ہے، | ||||||
| Yousuf Ali | Ah! ye are those who love them, but they love you not,- though ye believe in the whole of the Book. When they meet you, they say, "We believe": But when they are alone, they bite off the very tips of their fingers at you in their rage. Say: "Perish in you rage; Allah knoweth well all the secrets of the heart." | ||||||
