| بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ |
| 1. [6:14] | Qul aghayra Allahi attakhithuwaliyyan fatiri alssamawati waal-ardiwahuwa yutAAimu wala yutAAamu qul inneeomirtu an akoona awwala man aslama wala takoonanna minaalmushrikeena |  قل أغير الله أتخذ وليا فاطر السماوات والأرض وهو يطعم ولا يطعم قل إني أمرت أن أكون أول من أسلم ولا تكونن من المشركينقُلْ أَغَيْرَ اللّهِ أَتَّخِذُ وَلِيًّا فَاطِرِ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ وَهُوَ يُطْعِمُ وَلاَ يُطْعَمُ قُلْ إِنِّي أُمِرْتُ أَنْ أَكُونَ أَوَّلَ مَنْ أَسْلَمَ وَلاَ تَكُونَنَّ مِنَ الْمُشْرِكَينَ | |||||

| Tahir ul Qadri | فرما دیجئے: کیا میں کسی دوسرے کو (عبادت کے لئے اپنا) دوست بنا لوں (اس) اﷲ کے سوا جو آسمانوں اور زمین کا پیدا کرنے والا ہے اور وہ (سب کو) کھلاتا ہے اور (خود اسے) کھلایا نہیں جاتا۔ فرما دیں: مجھے حکم دیا گیا ہے کہ میں (اس کے حضور) سب سے پہلا (سرجھکانے والا) مسلمان ہوجاؤں اور (یہ بھی فرمادیا گیا ہے کہ) تم مشرکوں میں سے ہرگز نہ ہوجانا، | ||||||
| Yousuf Ali | Say: "Shall I take for my protector any other than Allah, the Maker of the heavens and the earth? And He it is that feedeth but is not fed." Say: "Nay! but I am commanded to be the first of those who bow to Allah (in Islam), and be not thou of the company of those who join gods with Allah." | ||||||

[6:40] | Qul araaytakum in atakum AAathabuAllahi aw atatkumu alssaAAatu aghayra AllahitadAAoona in kuntum sadiqeena | قل أرأيتكم إن أتاكم عذاب الله أو أتتكم الساعة أغير الله تدعون إن كنتم صادقين قُلْ أَرَأَيْتَكُم إِنْ أَتَاكُمْ عَذَابُ اللّهِ أَوْ أَتَتْكُمُ السَّاعَةُ أَغَيْرَ اللّهِ تَدْعُونَ إِن كُنتُمْ صَادِقِينَ | |||||
| Tahir ul Qadri | آپ (ان کافروں سے) فرمائیے: ذرا یہ تو بتاؤ اگر تم پر اﷲ کا عذاب آجائے یا تم پر قیامت آپہنچے تو کیا (اس وقت عذاب سے بچنے کے لیے) اﷲ کے سوا کسی اور کو پکارو گے؟ (بتاؤ) اگر تم سچے ہو، | ||||||
| Yousuf Ali | Say: "Think ye to yourselves, if there come upon you the wrath of Allah, or the Hour (that ye dread), would ye then call upon other than Allah?- (reply) if ye are truthful! | ||||||

[6:164] | Qul aghayra Allahi abghee rabbanwahuwa rabbu kulli shay-in wala taksibu kullu nafsin illaAAalayha wala taziru waziratun wizra okhrathumma ila rabbikum marjiAAukum fayunabbi-okum bimakuntum feehi takhtalifoona | قل أغير الله أبغي ربا وهو رب كل شيء ولا تكسب كل نفس إلا عليها ولا تزر وازرة وزر أخرى ثم إلى ربكم مرجعكم فينبئكم بما كنتم فيه تختلفون قُلْ أَغَيْرَ اللّهِ أَبْغِي رَبًّا وَهُوَ رَبُّ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ وَلاَ تَكْسِبُ كُلُّ نَفْسٍ إِلاَّ عَلَيْهَا وَلاَ تَزِرُ وَازِرَةٌ وِزْرَ أُخْرَى ثُمَّ إِلَى رَبِّكُم مَّرْجِعُكُمْ فَيُنَبِّئُكُم بِمَا كُنتُمْ فِيهِ تَخْتَلِفُونَ | |||||
| Tahir ul Qadri | فرما دیجئے: کیا میں اﷲ کے سوا کوئی دوسرا رب تلاش کروں حالانکہ وہی ہر شے کا پروردگار ہے، اور ہر شخص جو بھی (گناہ) کرتا ہے (اس کا وبال) اسی پر ہوتا ہے اور کوئی بوجھ اٹھانے والا دوسرے کا بوجھ نہیں اٹھائے گا۔ پھر تمہیں اپنے رب ہی کی طرف لوٹنا ہے پھر وہ تمہیں ان (باتوں کی حقیقت) سے آگاہ فرما دے گا جن میں تم اختلاف کیا کرتے تھے، | ||||||
| Yousuf Ali | Say: "Shall I seek for (my) Cherisher other than Allah, when He is the Cherisher of all things (that exist)? Every soul draws the meed of its acts on none but itself: no bearer of burdens can bear of burdens can bear the burden of another. Your goal in the end is towards Allah: He will tell you the truth of the things wherein ye disputed." | ||||||

| Tahir ul Qadri | (موسیٰ علیہ السلام نے) کہا: کیا میں تمہارے لئے اللہ کے سوا کوئی اور معبود تلاش کروں، حالانکہ اسی (اللہ) نے تمہیں سارے جہانوں پر فضیلت بخشی ہے، | ||||||
| Yousuf Ali | He said: "Shall I seek for you a god other than the (true) Allah, when it is Allah Who hath endowed you with gifts above the nations?" | ||||||
